Does anyone know what the contracts with party city are all about? Is hertz basically just shelling out employees as 3rd party delivery drivers now to make extra cash?

Hertz cut a deal with Party America for discounts. That was Kathys costs savings initiative. This way they are saving money on the decorations for their parties at Estero.
