Why are so many managers not tech savvy, mo–ns, don’t understand technology, unqualified, and just lack backbone to make any waves? There are so many options who are ready for management than are currently in it who would do much better.

IT Service managers know how to communicate that is their worth only. Many and most were at one time analysts. After moving up to the next level they act as though they own the company and are paying your paycheck and you’d better such their a– or else, such a shame. They need to be IT transformed and fired so ET can do their job.
Wake up from your wet dream @6sgg. The model is not working. No accountability and no results. What results did you and your team get done the past year?
Wow. I wonder how I can see things so differently. The ET model is working, getting way more things done than under the systems model. I love product management personally.
All the managers I know inside and outside my area are very sharp and tech savvy. And I have a good line of sight to about 15-20 teams. Wonder what area you are in.
@1nvi....Sorry, but I place no stock in ANY post that starts with “I heard”.
Went into MLT office and he was asleep. Pathetic. What a loser
I heard over 109 employees are known to be sick and 6 have died including MLTs barber...it's true
First off you have leadership applying a production model to a service industry and everyone wonders why things are bad. Wait until it's all done and things are worse not better. Put a fork I n them, SF is done.
SF is failing on so many levels. I. ddoubt it can survive.
Leadership & supervision can barely tie their own shoes. You want them do something above easy...good luck.
