As a result of training completed then employees will become certified monkeys. The proof is in the "doing" rather than listening to someone blabbing on in SkillSoft sessions.

Didn't realize turnover was still that bad of a problem in APAC. Train 10,000 employees by 2021 and still not have anyone left that can perform the work.
