Honeywell is laying off experienced workers most with shop floor experience. Think about how this RIF does not affect anyone in PR and Mex, and that tells you what type company this is. My suggestion is treat this as a blessing and move on to greener pastures. Honeywell does not treat employees with respect. Look at the brighter future ahead while you are working for a company with respect, Honeywell will be falling further with Engineers for PR and Mex that have no knowledge of process.

Im sorry to tell that Engineers from PR are among the most talented Engineers of the whole Nation, additionally, they are paid way less than mainland engineers and ironically outperforms on most cases our in house engineers. PR and MX are low cost buildings, amd workforce, if you wsnt to play the race card here watch what come out of your mouth PR People are US Citizen and even if they arent they deserve the same level of respect, our pay could save up to 3 engineers on those places, my pay could save 4 of those people. Difficult times and times to think about new ways and digital era. My best wishes to all of IT and Digital transformation teams out there. Be better guys and met the ones out there be a resource of knowledge for us. 😉
