What happens to staff that are brought back assuming the college is going to re open and they stay closed to students and outsiders

With the several of no on campus summertime, followed by no campus fall term I can't imagine all staff will last.
At this point not everyone is called back.
Well... there are a couple thousand rentals to check in, markups/markdowns, setting planograms, Fall adoptions. I'd say the same sh– you get paid to do. Duh!
Lots of text rentals to check in.
