Why under the current oil prices is someone from HR snooping on confidential information on accountants, engineers and HR specialists?

Are you kidding me? That is an absurd question, it should be obvious that not everybody knows how to boil water correctly, it is a rare skill and as such the individual should be highly compensated. The government recognises this and allows only the most skilled individuals to offer themselves as certified makers of steam, the government could never be wrong.
