Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

India Lockdown

India has locked down all 1.3 billion for 21 days. Don’t think that was in the latest Honeywell business plan.

Indians don't need to be on site. That's why most hardware labs are in the US. Work from home and stop crying. Lucky you have jobs.

Deep thought 1. Safe and losing job and destroy US or having job and save a country economy and a possible treatment for virus?

Wait and see that Honeywell contacts the government of India to open key factories that we need to make $$

The US lockdowns are a complete joke, and doing more harm than good. My state is on one of the more stringent lockdowns, and 90% of businesses are labeled as essential. I see as more traffic and moving around than I did last month.

Honeywell needs to do their part and shutdown during these lockdowns (except PPE production).

Mexico is ignoring the virus completely. Honeywell's supply chain is screwed.

Very smart of India to so. The Chinese took extreme measures to contain this virus. It remains a major threat to the U.S. and our leaders are downplaying the severity. We will soon have the highest number of cases and deaths worldwide. The U.S. should have went on lockdown weeks ago but greed and denial prevailed.
