Maybe you won’t catch it inspecting a car or locomotive. But you will eating lunch next to someone or a supervisor 2 feet from your face giving you a job with your ear plugs in!

20 years ago nurses were the picture of good health. Now they're fat, lazy, unhealthy hogs. 20 years ago railroad workers were healthier looking , now they're....... You get the jist of it. Take this opportunity during this firing layoffs and start a new healthy lifestyle and find a job you will enjoy. You will probably live longer and gain more confidence. You deserve more don't settle .The leadership is evil and very dysfunctional, and dumb as rocks. So why would you sell your soul to these heathens.

As a laid off mechanical employee, I wouldn’t be to eager to stay home until it’s absolutely necessary.. if the jack offs running NS figure out away to put band aids on the cars and locos to keep them running there probably won’t be any coming back when and if this virus is eradicated.. try not to help these losers get rid of you... even if it mean hiding in a corner or right next to them in the weeds .. do as little as possible and stay safe. If you can, it wouldn’t hurt to take full advantage of a preexisting condition that would keep you at home while getting paid on medical... just make sure it’s legit. 😷

you’re at more risk at home. you’re more likely to get the virus form a family member but look on the bright side 90% of all tested in the US are negatives and over 50% of the positive are in 3 states. Not sure how to calculate them odds but betting they are extremely low even if you go to work and sit around.

Really, I didn’t realize that the locomotives that they have were that reliable not to have mechanical personnel around the clock.
