OP: you might check on the link from the US Department of Labor for the latest overtime law for salaried exempt employees. If your 2020 salary is higher than $35,568/year a company is not required to pay overtime. The previous post from @ldi is correct about it being a lawyer trolling for business.

It's simply a lawyer trolling. If you work as a salaried employee in an "at will" state, you're out of luck.
