A few departments completely wiped out! It’s terrible that we still haven’t heard anything from leadership
The severance was EXACTLY what was listed in the handbook... ONE WEEK PAY per YEAR of service... minus taxes, ins, 401k etc... again, TDI is STILL on site in Irving. They must know the contract is a loss... is anyone surprised?! THE CLAIMS DEPT S—SSSSSSSS the directors to the VP are all friends and want a clean slate from anyone that knows their dirty little secrets.
Can anyone describe the severance that was offered?
I’m in CA and they still keep me. It’s amazing- I do very little work. My are feet are up and they continue to keep me! Great company to work for!
Texas had a big lay-off today ..I was given a severance and it was a slap in the face and a waste of time... they’re letting go of all that have insight to how quickly things are going south... google Molina careers and they’ve strategically renamed the positions and listed them on sites other than Molina weeks ago! The problem is not the people that were laid off it’s the people that ARE STILL THERE!! Senior leadership is the problem. HR is an even bigger joke.
I spoke with multiple people, including those let go. Case management and community connectors are getting let go. Some are offered a severance and some are offered interviews. If they don’t wan the interviews than they don’t qualify for the severance. They are not allowed to say anything because more lay offs are coming the rest of the week.
Lots more coming up too. People just don’t know yet.
