If off-shoring work is so great, have the Leadership put their $ where their mouth is, and Fire the Leadersh*t and Upper Level Mgr's and replace them w/off-shore Mgr's. Then I'll buy in. That's where you can save big $
In a large company like Hon, there are always people who are determined to be managers or be in charge and will do anything to get there w/o the knowledge or skills to actually function well in those jobs. Just bull dog determination. . They make this their life priority. Cut others down to make them look better. So getting a review from one of these types, which I have had, anything goes really. Just do a lot of work and let the boss know it. Try to keep it simple. Bottom line for me is try not to get fired and hopefully get a raise. I come to work for the paycheck. I am old so I am at the point if I get a bad raise or no raise I can leave. I wish there could be more emphasis on work and less on the 8 behaviors.
