They are looking to outsource everything. They do not want to pay for talent and experience.
They have lost so much experience it will be hard or almost impossible for them to recover.
How is the company suppose to grow when they are not writing any new business.
So sad and dangerous to see American Jobs going overseas. We have the blessing of finally having a great economy, Our president should have a bill to stop this bad practice. From a risk perspective, there is a change to expose and theft of information, we loss productivity, damage the business and could generate legal implications from our customers and distrust. The list of corrupted countries is bigger every year. From an employee standpoint is demoralizing.
They should outsource senior management

Yes, this is part of the plan I was in Wireless for 10 years. It is now outsourced, I went from 36 hours a year ago February, to 17 and this week 11, definitely trying to get me to quit. They already forced out my co worker who had been there for over 18 years in wireless department. The vendors are paid a low salary but are on commission. You must keep in mind this is only the beginning, as the try and Automate much of the workforce.
