Does anyone know what will happen to the Amsterdam hub? Everyone is leaving at CX and ERPM/HCM. Managers are also all gone.

OD in Malaga is going quite well, actually overachieved in the last quarters, same for ODP org. I'm not sure what's happening with the Ams hub, but for sure OD org is doing a great job in EMEA, with a contribution shy of 40% on the overall budget.
in some EMEA countries OD and ODP are the only sales org (i.e. no field sales), and I know they are hiring, so the OP may want to doublecheck if they have a slot.

They are all waiting to Amsterdam hub lease contract to be finished soon and not to extend the rent,

The whole idea to setup Cx inside sales to SMB (or: OD) in competition to Cx field enterprise sales, was a horrific experiment that was doomed to fail.
