STI who knows. But I do know that Managers still have the say in how it's divided within the group. I don't care how good a Manager is, there is still favoritism and it shows up in the STI payout.

Agree that a lot of the Senior Execs shouldn’t get a bonus with stock where it is. The rank and file should get it though, especially putting up with the toxic culture created by leadership
AIG Stock is currently at $51.16. Why would anyone get a bonus for those results. You could have always gotten a new job but you decided to stay and do nothing. I mean nothing!
Not done that way. Each area gets a percent of STI. and managers can raise or lower individual it if they think someone deserves more than others. For those who they want to leave, they get their STI % reduced. It goes back and forth, real hush hush. And we find out the amount perhaps a couple of days prior to seeing it in Workday. Yet another example of AIG's horrible communication.
