I'm happy many people have left Saxon to find happiness in other places. It is long overdue for many still there.
And many who are still there are long overdue to see the exit.
Be thankful you are dealing with Guatemala. I have dealt with both and they are far superior to India.

What amount is your stay bonus ? Is this small amount of money worth the mental health damage you are inflicting upon yourself by staying at this abusive company? You may want to think about leaving on your own accord & forging a new career with a company that values you & will help you prosper. I left six months ago on my own and could not be happier - I am 6 months ahead on my new career and new road & could not be happier.
Supplies was extended at my core and I am pi$$ed off! I just want out, were supposed to done Friday, now Feb 10 or longer...
I want details as to why, what they fell Philippines is doing poorly, you just can't take the word of o r person. I have stuck this out for almost a year and have too much money on the line
When you say others are still being extended is that just the SMEs or are there other folks in addition to them being extended? What departments are seeing extensions? What timeline are they providing for extensions?
Guatemala has messed up so many things with Billing I'm surprised we have any customers left at all.
And the team in Guatemala can downvote this comment all you want. I've seen the ops reviews with the performance issues called out. 2 years after the transition and it's still a disaster.
I pray every day for my notice but the dumb–ses in Guatemala can't get the job done so who knows when I will be let go, ugh
