Dumpsters are brought in, one after another in each department for the closure of Conway.. not too much longer all the freights going to Bellevue:-(

That just shows you the mentality of our leaders. But in all seriousness, NS mechanics will be fading out very soon. Most all mechanical work will be done by non NS employees just like BNSF
Quality’s doesn’t mean a thing. If it doesn’t fit into the plan, it’s gone..
I will say, Conway is the king of PA. Juniata can't fix anything. Trucks in backwards, rebuilt PA's, inner coolers leaking. They should shut Juniata down! Nothing quality comes out of that shop. Glad some Roanoke boys will show them a thing or two
Dan the Hnadyman do you even railroad bra???? Conway is King and none of your wishful, hate filled, vicious propaganda can change that. Just because your location is more than likely going to be closed by years end doesn’t me you have to spread lies about the greatest locomotive shop in the history of this country. You should be ashamed spreading lies and half truths about such a grand establishment as Conway. We are and always have been the cream of the crop. When you other shops can’t fix a problem or do something right they send it to us at Conway because we are the true locomotive experts. And let me tell you it can be exhausting at times trying to fix everything yous guys mess up and make bad problem worse in your feeble fumbling attempt at trying to do a job that yous are completely unqualified to do. It is sad really. But we just smile and take pride in the job that we do because we just want our company to be the best it can.
