The senior mgmt is corrupt and do t care about policyholders or employees. They just care about looting the company and on to the next “host” like your typical parasite. Buy any other insurance, yes people will get laid off, but hopefully they land a role at a better company.
Level 3 arbitrarily cut STI on top of the 10% they told managers to withhold from their pool of moey. 30 years with this company and always a top performer -this was the lowest STI ever for me. Made no sense to me and my manager couldn’t explain it either, just stuttered about being glad we have jobs. Don’t have a bonus program if you can’t spend all the money and distribute it fairly.
Company is so secretive and my vindictive manager decided to only give 70% of my bonus

Managers need to verbally tell staff as they can't email anything this year, the files are not password protected. If your manager has a big staff it may take a day or two to get through everyone.
