Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

So anyone know the rules around STI notification and payment and putting in resignation

I think there are rules around getting your STI and putting in your resignation, that timing wise they can elect not to pay your STI if you resign, but not sure if that's before they give you the letter, or before is paid. Does anyone know?

Agreed, you must wait until the STI is paid or-else they will probably not pay out. Drain it for all it's worth.
