UK and I Pensions

Have the pensions been relocated from one company to another , plus it would seem my pot has decreased by 10% in the last week or so also, does that sound correct .

Your pension should not have been moved without information being provided to to you.

Can't comment on the fCSC Pensions, but the (Defined Contribution - HP(E) still had some longer serving employees on Defined Benefit (aka Final Salary) pensions) fHPE pensions are now with Scottish Widows, having moved from Zurich some time ago (maybe a year?).

Markets have tanked in the last few weeks, most peopled pension funds will be down a lot, that's market fluctuations rather than being moved to a different provider.

Maybe you've not seen the news! Stock market crashed last week so pension pot 10% down sounds about right. Don't think the provider has changed recently.
