Most likely response to HP again rejecting Xerox offer and trying to play defensive with poison pill.
Same happened at Xerox with the Xerox defensive of Fuji merger. Game of chess amongst the big players.

The class action lawsuits this week are from the decisions the HP board made last year, long before Xerox made any offers.
Lawsuits??? I call BS on that one. Can't see Icahn wasting money on lawyers.
Except is is nothing like the Fuji merger.
