Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

We are in for a long steady decline

The company has been stagnant since the split, it is difficult to get excited about anything at COP. I do believe we are in for a long steady decline and very little opportunity for growth for the mid level employees. The Middle class (mid management and individual contributors) will slowly see their compensation diminish while the executives will pad their wallets! I hope I am incorrect!

Southeastern N.M. Will probably be next piece of property to be sold. Or just shut down

Unfortunately, this accurately describes the entire domestic O&G industry, not just ConocoPhillips. Milk this ponzi scheme for as long as you can.
