not sure why anyone is complaining.
Level3 has taken over the company. it has taken management many years to achieve their goal, but here we are.
the only thing that matters is how much value can be gained on the stock (ctl used to be around $35 a share, post divestiture). now? $15 is a good day.
only Level3 people are at the top of this company now.
Storey has stated that they are looking at getting rid of "consumer"
Storey was hired by Level3 to save them from bankruptcy, he only understands cut and slash the high cost side of the business to make a profit for shareholders.
i am totally surprised that any of my management team thinks that the company is going to allow any growth or maintenance to keep what they want to unload.

They will layoff everywhere only a couple in house guys left in each area, the rest contractors. That is the plan nationwide. They have no idea what they are doing but get millions crazy huh.
