Our dept was recently restructured , merged with another small dept. Has anyone gone through this and know how long afterwards they did layoffs for the dept after restructuring

Hold on tight because RIF's are coming. New business is down along with renewals. They are being selective...Hahaha....well brokers and customers are also being selective and they know the chaos and mismanagement this company is going through. I have never seen so little new business written in Jan. What a shame.
They will begin soon. Sad but true
