My team got hit bad. Anybody in consulting labeled OCI is gone. And leaves regular consultants who are useless here.
I know US, Canada in a similar boat. OCI is underperforming revenue wise. Whackings ain’t gonna fix it - leadership will.

I'm sorry about your layoff news. Exactly my situation with Oracle 2 years ago. I was fortunate to find an employer who valued skills, potential, age, and attitude....and am making way more than what O would ever pay me. It was a terrible shock at first, but start the Unemployment Application, and start marketing yourself. The world is so much better than what Oracle offers.
I meant to say wouldn’t. OCI got hit hard today. Many are shocked.
I would t say OCI didn’t get hit. Customer Success Manager and their managers got absolutely wrecked today.
