Boeing to Suspend 737 MAX Production in January

From the WSJ:

Boeing will temporarily halt production of its 737 MAX jetliner in January, according to a person briefed on the matter, escalating the crisis confronting the aerospace giant and raising the prospect of job cuts and furloughs across the global aerospace industry.

From what I've read, that MCAS patch was flawed from the get-go. Sadly, those execs responsible for that bad design are not accountable. The poor workers and engineers will suffer. No execs at Boeing have been held accountable, afak.

The MAX problems are the direct result of Agile methodologies and low cost engineering.

Quite a few Honeywell products on board the 737 Max. Seems highly likely the employees that support these products will be affected.
