My co workers and I are over here laughing at this less than mediocre, empty, mission statement. None of it entails putting members 1st or employees for that matter. Your thoughts?

This week, every one of our health plans and business units will sponsor activities to mark this special occasion. Over the coming months, throughout 2020 and, indeed, for years to come we will highlight, celebrate, and live out these words through organized communications. But more importantly, we will bring them to life through our daily efforts as colleagues with shared commitment and passion.
I am proud to be your teammate as we continue together on this great and exciting journey. Each one of us encounters inevitable and often unpredictable challenges in our work—I do in my role, and you do in yours. Let’s continue to meet and surmount these challenges together. And, as we do, let’s always bear in mind who we are as an organization, the noble cause that inspires us, and how we will work together displaying the values that we have just agreed are important to all of us.
