Aerospace reality: No talking! No phone use! No fun of any kind! Work every second you are paid for. ....or else. Be ready to work nights and weekends.....or else. Out do your team members....or else. I guess positive means parroting the slogans "The future is what we make it" and, of course, "I'm a future shaper".

I'm a future shaper. My boss and Director are spying on employees from the corner each day. Future Shaper my a–! Who would wanna work at Honeyjail.
With future shaper slogan I always imagine someone sitting at the toilet squeezing hard.
Future Shaper - Literally makes me laugh out loud every time I see it - How come investment is all over seas? What about benefits in U.S. Pension, 401k? Maybe some of these expenses for these commercials and slogans could be better spent on employees. When I worked at Honeywell, it was a world class organization, it's now simply a shell of what it once was, it's really quite sad...

Talk about drama and whining....none of that is my culture at work....just get the job done...and we have plenty of down time, fun, etc
