The boards on most companies are crooks too, AIG has some of the worst it seems. The other poster was spot on with BD and PZ looting the company.

I had such high hopes when BD was announced CEO - being a former AIG-er and a known savior in other big firms; after 3 years of looting the company with no other impacts beside RIF-ing employees quietly and bringing on his cronies at Sr levels for his whole tenure till date. He is probably the worst CEO this miserable company has had - out of the 6 since the 2008 crisis. And then after him....... he may be beaten out by his heir successor PZ - aka midtown office and private jet man.
He will probably get one of the many corporate jets for free as a going away gift
After he steps away with all he's gained employees will yet again probably have another benefit taken away so that BD can get an exit bonus
