If you’re young and watch your mouth, you will do fine. They want you....cheaper than ever....no pension. Look at the video screen feed in your building.
If you’re older, decent marks for most of the “behaviors” but below standard for a couple. Of those, expect to find harsh critical remarks about tiny things that don’t amount to nothing. You will be hammer about not doing enough, well enough, often enough. Your boss will lie. Your boss has no choice.....your boss is a pawn.
Update — offer accepted. Goodbye Honeywell. Sooo wish my appraisal would appear on my calendar. It would be a glorious way to wrap up. Probably won’t do that as they deserve better.
Update— scheduled my interview with Raytheon. Suddenly I am motivated again.
Directors, Managers, Spineless Supervisors "dating" their subbordinates. Agreed: Pawns. Puppets and useless tools doing the dirty work of the person above them. All at the expense of those below. Any person in leadership that stands up for their people is slowly managed out if they don't first escape on their own....which isn't very difficult at the present! If you share any information about closures expect an investigation to come. They must squelch the truth to continue getting rich off of those that remain. Take Anniston for example, given a few more months of life support to prop up the other sites. We can't close you yet, we need more MONEY!🤣
You seem the type that complains not having spicy Cheetos in the vending machines at work. Probably a reason why you’re average or maybe below average?
