LOL, I will believe that when I see it. Juniata has lost about 250 people and no management yet.

First they cut the employees than they cut the formen since there will be less people to manage. Than they will restructure all the jobs including management. After that you will be storing locomotives to save fuel and repairs. They will make trains longer and make you work more with less. Thats what they did with us. Its going to happen just you wait and see.
