Well? 12/23 was another day of layoffs for some in Peter’s camp. I am sorry for those who were given the pink slip. Frankly, I don’t know how in the world any of this was decided and I’m glad.
It’s horrible all of this is happening. I heard about a lot of reorganization’s today but no layoffs. Anyone know which teams were impacted and how many?

The 12/23 date is accurate as a lay-off date. So far the dates posted here have been accurate.

Reorgs occur before layoffs always. Don’t trust them!! How much you want to bet there will be some kind of fallout today....IMO I think it’s a lay-off but they want you to believe it’s a reorg!!
Well if it’s a great place to work, no one would be on this site at all. Clearly the trauma of working there continues for weary staff. If there are not immediate layoffs as you expect or even reorgs, how do you not know in a month or two that it won’t end up in a lay-off anyway? Walk away from the drama and go where you are celebrated not just tolerated. Staff who have left UHG or Optum always come wounded. They don’t treat people well over there. Other companies treat you better
Two staff meetings today 1130 and 230 with the promise of reorganization and no layoffs.
Say prayers for these staff. If those dates are accurate many will be in distress next week!

I don’t think it is okay to state verified without giving more details or rather having more details. You did say that you are reposting however the other post also did not state how they knew. While I for one believe more is coming. I do it believe we should enhance others fears by using words like verified without backing it up
