That arb agreement is worthless equivalent of a disclaimer. I did not sign it it doesn’t matter and it’s not a contract if one sided (well of adhesion uh oh big words try and keep up). Try and force me not use courts WE ARE AT WILL AS CONTINUALLY REMINDED not subject to a collective bargaining agreement nice try HR.
