Yes @2kti - global rif's confirmed and deliberately kept below WARN levels at each site to avoid publicity. Been the SOP by Corporate et al for the past several years.
Don't be surprised if the PMT business is sold off, sans UOP. There are a number of valid buyers for the business, and by leaning up the OH costs, they can present a better financial picture for the potential suitors.
