As we have had 3 consecutive quarters reporting profitability, and likely a fourth; has there been any talk of what the STI values will be?

Remember when they said last year they tried really hard to get 80% or something for GI. Will it be 60% this year for grade 20+? Don't worry, your executive LTIs will be fully funded.

And they never take a big hit to their STI when we lose money, and still get raises (wish I could share salplan file, you would vomit if you saw how much many of the stuffed suit fatheads make. Looking forward to life post AIG.
The company is a sinking ship. If you want a career with merit raises get a real job somewhere else. The constant bemoaning about raises and bonuses is comical does anyone really think anyone at that company gives a s$@&? Milk it for what you can and leave. So sorry but that’s the bottom line truth. And no degree of discussion on how they should do this or that- means squat. No integrity at the top so nothing for the bottom. Stay for the package or get out.

Raises essentially have disappeared and they have taken away many benefits based on Senior Management and Mid Management's handling of this company. Employees have not seen any cost of living raises etc. Yes they should be rewarded. Senior Management and Mid Management are rewarded and they have made many unwise decisions.
First, 3rd quarter was not good. it was a negative surprise so only two positive quarters. Do you really think based on the history you should get any bonus???
Right before the STI, they'll say the wildfires caused a larger than expected loss and we'll get 80% of our base.
Im hearing 0 percent for us 200 percent for level 27 and above
