Asking guys to work OT over Thanksgiving and black friday. Threatening to mandate guys if no one signs up.

Forced on holidays Forced to work beyond your shift. Guess it will take someone getting injured when they are forced to work an additional 8 hr shift to make it stop. Unfortunately not a safety focused company. The only concern now is the $hareholders.
At my location, they force people to stay over on a regular basis if they can't get someone from the overtime board. Been going on for a while now.
OT on black Friday for the test shed.
I mean if you’re gonna put meat in your mouth, why not get paid for it?
The juice tester will be under the desk if anyone working the holiday needs it....actually two testers under the desk. Happy holidays.
I hope they ask everyone for overtime .... could sure use the money ... every person on this post doesn’t care for the next guy.. if the company would wave 5000 dollars in front of your face and say take the 5000 or get 1 guy called back everyone would take the money.... so don’t pull this I care c-ap. Take the overtime because you’ll regret it if you don’t . Stand alone won’t get sent home— stand together it won’t get any better !!!! YALL!!!

Same thing at scx. They want 9 electricians. There's not 9 here on a normal day.
