Awful company. They laid off thousands and cancelled increases yet they were able to pay millions in bonuses to management...

Honeyhells stock price has recovered and is now at an all time high. Glad I was able to help make that happen by having my raise put to better use. Now I can afford even less with my sh–ty pay. Oh and they expect me to work as much overtime as possible because they layed off so many good smart people and kept a bunch that have basically given up. How does this company expect to thrive when they are so frighten management heavy and they let the best workers go.

It's devastating the lay-offs at Honeywell. Devastating! It's hurting the communities. Unstable company to work for and feel, "safe" no matter how hard you work or how many hours you work.

In Aero, things won't be turning around anytime soon. Boeing further delays for 777max and more customer order cancellations. The future is all parts from suppliers, make no parts, contract workforce bolting together engines, procurement and support in India. Sell off product lines when u can. Smaller and smaller badged workforce.

My prediction: DairyAss's focus is to make a softeware company what that means that they will make softwares aout of all subgroup and once have the product software will go under core honeywell and all sub group will be trimmed to bare minimum. See below article cost cytting target is 1.6 billion, so far seems from the article they reached $750m about halfway.

Honeywell UOP has yet to follow through and complete the “correct” amount of layoffs from the late June announcement. Only thing happening is posting and announcements for new management positions. More managers and less people. Unqualified managers switching around areas and being promoted while next corrected layoff looms

Just talked to a friend who works for Honeywell. They recently laid off 25,000. All levels of management were affected, excepting the very top, I suppose. The bright spot, they have on-shored their production of N95 masks, which until this year was not profitable.

This has been the Honeywell (read Allied Signa;/Bossidy) way to meet the street expectations. They advertise themselves as the "Best Company to work For", but that is all BS. 2 major layoffs in the Phoenix area in 2 months.
Covid-19 has affected all aerospace suppliers but Honeywell has the most layoffs. The leadership is totally clueless - how many of them were let go - NONE

Honeywell will collapse soon. They could care less about long term employees whom give the knowledge, and quality needed. Every few years Honeywell closes a plant when they have used up all the people in the community and nobody else will apply for work there. Easy fix, close the plant move to new area start all over again. Honeywell is toxic.

Did you know if you get FIRED from Honeywell they will give you a severance! One week for every year you have been there. NOW they don't give it to eveyone just the ones they like I guess. The Urbana Ohio plant is very generous with a select few.

Plenty of volunteers in Phoenix that are hoping those pensions will be there in six months before the "liability" is sold off to be unfunded.

They requested Volunteers for layoffs last week. Most were denied. Lower management was not asked about who to let go nor were they in the loop until minutes before we got hit in Olathe. Some that should have been let go are still there. The ones making the place run and made it better were let go.

The layoffs at Honeywell started Monday, May 18. Most of my department located all across the US are being let go this week. Some of the employees had 40+ years of service with Honeywell. I'm at an age where I can retire so it isn't that traumatic, but I feel so sorry for the younger employees. Very sad, and it will probably get much worse.

Monday
Honeywell lay-off their entire Flight department except management. Most of the employees just moved to Charlotte from New Jersey. I hope the top executives can still get their their perks this year! Cote’s retirement is over $900,000.00 per month. Pray that he is doing well in these tough times!!!

I guess big business still focuses on the almighty dollar to reach there quota for the quarter. They ignore safety and there families, employees they go home too. They keep telling everyone everything is ok but yet we are forced to do furloughs to save them money. Wow, what a Hallmark moment.

Honeywell which allied signal bought has become another soulless conglomerate who’s only interest is to keep stock prices high. Sickening for anyone who used to be proud to work at Allied and to Customers of Honeywell. Short term thinking and not valuing the employee will be Honeywell’s demise.

Layoffs and furloughs have taken place at Sky Harbor. Anyone hear of them accepting voluntary layoffs? They have not been taking risk of contracting virus seriously. Feel like we are playing russian roulette with our lifes! Media says distancing may need to be 27 feet very contagious
