Will we get some action from all the people pulse survey comments

Some fairly simple actions that could be done to improve the satisfaction results. Did we go lower than -46?

  1. Get rid of most director and senior manager positions with zero direct reports. It k–ls morale to see people riding high with no value to what we produce or in obtaining new customers.
  2. Get rid of the slackers that are resting on their band 4 status. It k–ls morale to see people riding high with no value to what we produce or in obtaining new customers.
  3. Stop the transfer of power to other countries. This one is possibly a CEO only decision.

Based on a recent JE skip level meeting, no, nothing will get better. The going corporate sentiment is still contempt of and blaming of the employees for the current toxic work environment.

It’s not going to get better. In the current political environment, (despite loud proclamations otherwise), they have the green light to outsource everything possible.

Vote with your feet is exactly what our VP said in the last townhall. Marry the job or you don’t belong here. I wonder if they say this in the new hire on boarding.

7rV-xpo . Yes I was the one just fired . Been posted on here. They have not given me my stuff back. All data books I saved over the years –Motorola diodes & transistors, PMI, Linear, Unitrode, National Semi.

8 months of bad values. He has given up and chalks the results up to simply a few bad locations which he will happily endorse being shut down.
