I think part of the goal was to get rid of the managers that were poorly rated. Did that actually happen?

Only removed tier 5, ie first line, managers. In ES, we got a new director the same week! So no flattening at all.....we just keep growing at the top, which to me is not sustainable. I've mentioned on other threads that i have never seen so much Sr Mgmt in my career here. My bottom is really hurting!!
Olathe seems prepped for a sell off like they did in Toronto.
In Olathe, they just got rid of ALL of em. Just a few exceptions that are not of a very/any technical background. So it wasn't just a flattening, it was flatulent destruction. Nothing but an empty husk.
