Did all regions take the new CORP UMK2 ? All regions can do each other's work now. Did it dawn on anyone that CORP may be taking over or less successful regions (Ohio) might be going bye bye?

Thanks for your patience! The results are wonderful. No need to review with the board. I’d like to do a special callout to the wonderful IT team we have to make all this happen. Keep up the positive work all.

Would the HCS staff without work please reach out to your HCS leaders in other states. We need help in every area UM, CM, TOC, PA. Bh. I don’t understand how you have no work but sharing the workload would make sense
Why yes I do....to all 3 of ur questions in fact. You do realize that terminating an employee for "not meeting goals" would be a litigatable offense. You cant say as a company "we hired you to do a specific job, buutttt about that work thing....we have none - so since ur not meeting the goal for this no work goal- we have to fire you". Its YOUR job to show up and complete any work..IF THERE IS F—ING WORK!!! IF NOT THATS THEIR GOD DAMN PROBLEM. It is THEIR job to provide work, tasks, and an abundunce of such to keep you busy doing your job. F—ing Christ stop rolling over and taking this sh–.
Trainer said drop down box gives everyone access to all states if given permission . I agree with writer . It does open the door for other states to help each other or why have so many regions ???? Why not one central region.

Hmmm...ohio. #4 on the list of money makers for Molina they're just going to kiss those billions away huh? The shareholders should be very pleased with that decision. We're about to dive headfirst and do a nasty a– recession and while I don't agree with Molina letting people go I do think it's going to catch Molina with their pants down and we're going to have a flood of members before they know it because people are going to be losing jobs everywhere else do to the economy. It's cyclical. It's not that Ohio is it making money it's that corporate is spending all this money thinking they are saving the company a dime and they're not it's proving to be more costly then effective. They are letting the wrong people go and a lot of them don't have to look very far under their noses as the problem should be presented right in front of them.
