That is exactly the approach Dr. Mario took and ge was fired for it! The day it happened, Ronna Romney, a Board member, told a crying 14th floor employee “that’s what happens when you disrespect the Board.”
The disrespect? Dr. Mario was going to propose cutting Board pay and increasing employee benefits!
