If you wanted to get every employee to work hard, would you implement profit sharing for all or just utilize profit sharing for management?

Neither. Profits do not inspire. Leadership inspires. Big ideas inspire. Shared dreams and shared enemies inspire.
Honeywell knows this and of that list they picked the last as their best bet to inspire. Fear and burning platforms. Stick with what you know I guess.
The younger folks should demand it. They have some power right now. Honeywell senior management is very afraid of losing too many young engineers.
Profit sharing is already part of MIP (more or less) and is somewhat meaningless because us peons have almost no impact on company performance given that Honeywell has sales similar to the GDP of a small country.
