Discovery HAS begun, including depositions of FujiFilm executives. The parties have been ordered by the judge to complete discovery by Oct. 19, 2019. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/7192241/fujifilm-holdings-corp-v-xerox-corp/
The former board should have allowed Ichan/Deason play out their proxy war instead of folding to their demands: They are still on the hook for everything. Also Xerox will lose this lawsuit.
