Honeywell to leave Cedar Rapids by year's end

As Honeywell International operations in Cedar Rapids wind down, the more than 80,000-square-foot office space downtown is up for lease.
Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Honeywell is working toward closing its Safety and Productivity Solutions office at 601 Third St. SE by the end of the year, when its lease for the property expires.

Digging into the CR site you find history that it was thriving and like many other, was a victim of an acquisition. CR was a sister site to Lynwood(formerly Everett) which now has come prey to closing most of its site as well. CR had even sent many of their assets to Lynwood just prior to Lynwood being told they too have the same future. Moral of the story, if you are not at the Mother-ship, you can be closed too. The Patent walls at each of those sites, impressive. And earned. Photos of these on other sites is very impressive.

Yes and JW will blame legacy windows platform which was too late to the game with Android. Isn't it amazing that Zebra nails it every quarter and Intelligrated is starting to tank too?
