How about helping other plans with too much work and too few employees?

O H I O the writing is on the wall.
We’re pulling people from other departments to complete our work. We’re down half our team and are not allowed to fill the open positions.
Why we getting a new system? To just sit here.

This is perfect example of Poor management In Ohio. I have tons of work too much for anyone to handle & you have none. Managers don’t have degrees have no idea what they are doing or how it affects the company. Sad . upper managegement looks away does not care.
