She has two key ways of influencing employee retention:
- Encourage new skills, provide ample continuing education opportunities; hire from withing wherever possible; give promotion at appropriate time; show employees respect on a regular basis; initiate a proper employee reward and recognition programme; offer remote and flexible working where client not affected; review compensation package to see if anything can be enhanced; or
- Stop firing people.
Both wil work.
