So many people are leaving - some of them even without a proper replacement job lined up. I know a guy who took a job that pays significantly less than he was receiving at Honeywell just to get away from this place.
If this continues, we will not need layoffs. There'll also be nobody left to do the work, but I doubt our leadership cares.

Lot of people are ditching Honeywell and heading back to their old employer. I've seen 4 people do that so far. This place ain't worth the stress and all the BS that goes on with the management and Directors. Such a c-apy place to work at and have a career!

Funny, I'm a former aerospace employee and met one of my former coworkers still there and he gushed about the changes and how they were booming because their was work everywhere.
