Also, did everyone receive something in their bank account today? It may be pay for Sept 15 until today but looks funky.

Final pay is issued for your last week of service (Sept 16 - Sept 23 for this past round of layoffs) + any remaining vacation/sick pay, on the pay period you would have next been paid on. (September 30) Paystubs can, and should, be reviewed for a breakdown of gross totals.
Severance Pay as per your package is paid out separately after you've returned the signed document. (Date TBD depending on when received and when your signing deadline is stated as. Remote employees received packages via courier within 2 business days, in-office employees received in-person at time of dismissal.) Processing times of severance package is done through HR, and payroll, which is why there is a delay and will not likely be paid out at the time of final pay. Employees are encouraged to reach out to HR or Payroll for any questions. Contacts are listed in your severance package FAQs.
For all of the stress of Oracle and layoffs/re-orgs, they sure are organized when it comes to self-sufficiency in "off-boarding"!
