Best way to make them notice is by skipping it. Their metric is for completion rates, not the scores inside it.
Like that People Pulse survey back in June. -46. JE has done nothing ! Total silence.
Quit doing them 10 years ago. EVERY year Pay, Benefits, and Job security score the lowest and nothing, absolutely nothing, is done about it. In fact, more is done to make Pay, Benefits, and Job security even worse!
