Never heard of anyone getting offered a package because of their commute time? Wtf?
They need to get rid of some the extraneous managers. If you are losing all your direct reports TO VSPP, get rid of the MANAGERS! Totally sick of all the people on Facebook all day. Listened to a girl chat with her friend while at work for 2 and 1/2 hours. To be fair, she did put it on hold when her manager called but went right back to it. That's cheating the company but guess the worthless mgrs don't give a rip. 2 1/2 hours!
