Are there any students in mechanical crafts left anywhere or have they all been displaced due to layoffs?

kc just lost two students today, me being one of them.
The students were the first ones to be laid off.
Judging by the way they repair Locomotives in Conway , I think everyone at there is a student!
What about Conway?
